Received a defective item or your order got damaged in transit? No worries! We will send you a new one free of charge as long as you contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of your receipt of the product. No need to return the damaged product! Please email us with a photo or a short video of the defective item.
Just not happy with your purchase? You can return it for 100% money back within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the return instructions below.
According to order status, it will be classified as
- For the unpaid order, it will be canceled automatically by the system after half an hour.
- If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can help you to cancel it but we need a reason. If you paid via credit card, the card issuer will charge $1~$2 as commission charges.
- If the order has been shipped out, it can not be canceled.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. We will only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for defective or damaged products when requested within 3 days of your receipt of the product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
Items are not eligible for a refund due to size or measurement issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 Business Days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
