Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is provided by IPLANETGO when purchasing a product. 

• In-stock orders generally ship within 1-2 business days.
• High demand items as indicated on the product page will require 5-7 business days for processing.
• Shipment takes 8-15 business days to arrive.
• Additional delivery surcharge of $35 will apply to remote or extended areas.

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. 

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse will process your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on the way to you, you will receive tracking info via email. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of iplanetgo. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

Although standard shipping is free, you may be subject to, but not limited to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. 

IPLANETGO does not collect any VAT, import duties and/or taxes on orders. This is a fee levied and collected by your local government.
